Q: Will I get an order confirmation?
A: Yes. You will receive a call from our customer support executive once the order is confirmed from the customer end. If you have provided your email id you will also receive a confirmation via email, which you can print for your reference.

Q: How will the delivery be done?
A: We do national delivery through our logistic partners.

Q: How long it will take to deliver the product ?
A: Depends on the product availability it will be delivered to the customer with in the time period of 5 to 7 working days.

Q: How to Cancel an Order?
A: Once the order has been placed , the purchase order can not be cancelled by the customer at any cause. Based on the product availability BigC reserves all the rights for cancel the purchase order with prior intimation to the customer.

Q:What is Terms and Conditions Apply?
A:The word terms and conditions will be applicable for exchange / under special condition*.

Q:Product Under Specific Locations?
A:Product which are under restricted locations will be Limited to the Same city / town. Other location Delivery will not be considered as a part of offer. Basic Cancellation charges Applicable for cancellation of Order.

Q:What is PreOrder Conditions?
A:Any pre-booking product will be considered a final price. Any change in the price of the product in market customer will get the same price on which he brought. In case any price reduction at the time of product launch, will be refunded to the customer. Any price change subjective to updation on Bigcmobiles.com. Other website/online shop price will not be considered in this case as price change*.

Pre - Order/ Booking will be Considered under 2 conditions.

  1. Partial amount need to payed as conformation of the purchase and the remaining amount need to be paid before shipping of the product.
  2. Standard delivery will mentioned on the product page and will be conformed by our Customer care executive before dispatch.

Q: How do the customers will get the refund amount in case of cancellation?
A: Customer refund will be initiates by Big C Mobiles in 3 to 6 working days after conformation and details sent by the customer to our [email protected]cmobiles.com with a request to cancel.

The same will reflect in customers bank account or credit card within 10 to 25 banking days & clear-on-code will be provided to customer by merchant/ merchant s bank side.

Q:Is the product purchased online in www.bigcmobiles.in cover warranty?
A: Yes, BigC sell only the original products. Mobile handsets, charger & other kits are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufactures against defect in material & workman ship. BigC is not giving the warranty and does not hold out any warranty of products sold. BigC will not responsible for any defective /deficient or otherwise un satisfactory products. Any such defective or deficient goods has to be repaired only by authorised service center of the equipped manufactures. All terms and conditions of BigC apply.
